Here is a simple test developed by Michigan Heart Association. The test is set up as a game and assesses the main risk factors associated with heart attacks. The game, called Risko, involves assigning yourself the appropriate numerical value in each of the risk categories on the chart. When complete, you add up the numbers and the sum represents your overall risk.
